In it for the long run.

I started out running around two years ago. For context, I’ve never been a runner. I used to commute by bike, five days a week. Around 40 kilometers a day, five days a week, will keep you in shape.

Then I moved closer to work. During and after the pandemic, I wasn’t going to the office as often, and back and forth was only around 20 kilometers. It just wasn’t enough to keep me in shape. At the same time, we had another child, meaning less sleep and less taking care of yourself. I started feeling miserable. I was feeling anxious, stressed out, and I felt I needed to do something about it.
